Bio

I graduated from Wellesley College in '92 with a BA in History, then received a MA in International and Area Studies from Brigham Young University in '94. I worked as a designer and then research analyst for a consulting firm in Utah for a couple of years, and then moved back to Virginia seven years ago. I've taught English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) part-time for Fairfax County Adult Education for the past six years. I'm taking this year off from teaching to be a full-time mom, which is usually great but has its crazy moments! I live near Manassas with my husband, three kids, and two cats.
