Don't delay -- registration PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY SEPTEMBER 30TH. No registrations/payments will be accepted at the door!
To register, please complete the form below and hit "Register" at the bottom. Then follow the instructions for your preferred payment method:
- Check/money order: print and mail the form with your payment to West Potomac Class of 86, PO Box 8563, Alexandria, VA 22306-9998. Please make checks payable to "West Potomac Class of 86".
- PayPal: go to the http://www.PayPal.com site, create or log in with your account and the send your payment to info@westpotomacclassof86.com. Please note, there is a $4 fee per person to cover PayPal processing fees.
After payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email (or phone call if no email address is provided) indicating your payment has been processed.
Register soon! Before July 31st, $120.00 per person. After July 31st, $140.00 per person. FINAL CUT OFF DATE FOR PAYMENT IS SEPTEMBER 30TH.
